I started working with Alex at Skill Mammoth months ago. One of our largest challenges was getting our Google Business Profile up and running. We had other people who were managing our page and we didn't have the passwords. Long story short Alex helped to coordinate the Google representative to get on the phone and walk me through the necessary steps we needed to take to get back into their good graces. They also helped our online footprint, we had little to no exposure when people were searching for our trade and industry, in just a few months we began getting more opportunities to submit bids and the momentum changed. It was not overnight, but it happened incrementally. I like that we had a monthly meeting to discuss challenges and things we could do to help the needle move on our end as well as having Skill Mammoth work it from the search engine side.
