Anderson Burner Heating & Cooling is a two-owner HVAC shop in East Bethel, Minnesota. Nick Thompson and Rick Olson do every job themselves, from fuel oil burners and boilers to furnaces, air conditioning and water heaters, across Anoka and Isanti counties and into the Twin Cities. The business carries a 5.0 Google rating from 78 reviews, and most of them name Nick and Rick. Hibu built and hosted their site for about $540 a month. Hibu held the domain's A records and the redirect map for the URLs left over from an earlier WordPress site, and Hibu was taking the site down on November 6, 2026. The new site had to be live before that date, with the old URLs still resolving and every form lead landing in Housecall Pro, the CRM Nick runs the shop from.

We built the site on our master template with a custom skin Nick chose from three concepts, and pointed the domain at it on October 26, 2026. Six service pages: boilers, furnaces, fuel oil heating, air conditioning, heat pumps and mini-splits, water heaters. Ten town pages, each with its own intro, county, distance from the shop and FAQ schema. Eight project pages and a before-and-after boiler slider use Nick's own job photos. The maintenance plan section lists his real prices: $15 a month for an A/C or gas furnace, $40 for a boiler or fuel oil furnace, $10 for a water heater. All 44 Hibu pages and 103 old WordPress URLs 301 to the matching new page. Every page carries a canonical, a sitemap entry and LocalBusiness and Service schema. On launch night the images moved to WebP with lazy loading, which took the new homepage from 6.1 MB to 1.2 MB and the mobile Lighthouse score from 58 to 84. Every form lead is screened for spam, then pushed to Housecall Pro and to the Skill Mammoth portal. The site shows a tracking number that forwards to Nick's line and texts the caller back when a call goes unanswered.
