Best Remodeling Marketing Agencies (2026): Prices Listed

    TL;DR

Eleven agencies market remodelers for a living and seven of them publish a price, which makes this the most transparent category in home services. Builder Funnel runs $3,500, $5,000 or $7,500 a month. Contractor Growth Network sells SEO at $3,150 to $6,400 a month and websites from $15,000. Remodeling Marketing Team starts at $3,500 and runs to $15,000 or more with a 12-month commitment. Blue Corona, now part of RYNO, says $3,500 to $10,000. Home Builder Marketers runs $1,800 to $5,000 with a 12-month "we work free" guarantee, and Built-Right Digital $1,499 to $4,999. We are on the list at $350 to $1,500 a month for the search program and $1,000 to $8,000 for the site, and this is our roundup, so read it that way. Four agencies publish nothing. Every figure is quoted from the agency's own page as of September 2026.

Disclosure: Skill Mammoth is ranked below. Everything attributed to another agency is quoted from their site with the link, so you can check it rather than take our word.

This is the shortlist. The strategy, which channels a remodeler should run and in what order, is in the remodeling marketing guide, and the search side is in remodeling SEO. This page assumes you have decided to hire and want to know who does what, and at what price.

    What separates them

Revenue band first. A design-build firm doing $5 million with a showroom and a sales team buys a different program from a two-crew kitchen and bath remodeler doing $800,000, and the retainers below track that split almost exactly. Then price transparency, which in this category is the norm rather than the exception, so an agency that will not say a number is choosing not to. Then the contract: three of the seven that publish a price also require twelve months.

VerdictUnder $1 million: us, Built-Right or Home Builder Marketers. $1 to $3 million: Home Builder Marketers or Builder Funnel. $3 million and up with a showroom: Contractor Growth Network or Remodeling Marketing Team. Ask the four silent ones for the number in writing before the call.

The seven that publish a price

    1. Skill Mammoth

Ours, so weigh it. The program is the service and city pages, the project gallery built to rank for "kitchen remodel" and "bathroom remodel" in your suburbs, the Google Business Profile and review system, and the answer-first pages that get a remodeler named in Google's AI Overview and ChatGPT, at $350, $750 or $1,500 a month depending on markets. No contract. The site is $1,000, $3,000 or $8,000, owned outright. We do not run a sales team's CRM for you or build a showroom funnel, and a design-build firm at $5 million should read that as a reason to look at Contractor Growth Network instead. What the site side looks like finished is on the True Blue Home Improvements page, and the remodeling page covers the program.

    2. Home Builder Marketers

The clearest fit for a remodeler between $500,000 and $3 million, and the only agency here with a written guarantee. The packages page lists Essentials at $1,800 a month on an annual commitment or $2,250 month to month, Growth at $3,000 or $3,500, and Scale at $4,500 or $5,000, each with a $5,000 setup fee that is waived on the annual deal. Ad spend is billed to your own account with no markup. The guarantee on the homepage is "close a project in 12 months or we work free" with a 30-day refund; the packages page says 60 days, so ask which applies. They claim 350 builders and remodelers served and 2.6 additional builds a year as the average result. The revenue targeting is inconsistent, "$3 to $10 million" on the homepage and tiers from $500,000 on the packages page, which is worth clearing up on the call.

    3. Built-Right Digital

A multi-trade contractor agency with dedicated kitchen and bath pages and the most complete rate card on the list. Full-service plans run $1,499 a month for new businesses, $2,499 up to $1 million in revenue and $4,999 up to $5 million, with a custom Pro tier above that. Websites are $5,750, $9,590 or $14,390 one-time, or $599 to $1,499 a month. Standalone services are priced too: SEO from $999 a month, Local Services Ads management $299, Google Ads $999, Meta $1,999. They state that they take no percentage of ad spend. The pricing page shows a second, lower set of figures that reads like an annual-billing toggle, so confirm which you are being quoted.

Built-Right Digital's pricing page, September 2026, on the standalone website tab. Every service on the site has a number next to it, which is why a multi-trade generalist made a remodeling list.

    4. Contractor Growth Network

Built for the design-build remodeler at $2 to $7 million, and priced for it. SEO is $3,150 a month in a small market, $4,900 mid-market and $6,400 in a large one, on a 12-month commitment that converts to month to month. Websites start at $15,000 and average about $26,000, spread over the first six months. Their guidance is 3 to 7 percent of revenue on marketing with 3 percent as the floor, and the case studies are specific: Frei Remodeling in Tucson at 24.3 leads a month with 69 keywords in the top three, AKN Interiors at 34.7 leads a month. Charlotte-based, founded 2017, Clutch minimum $10,000.

    5. Builder Funnel

Sixteen years in, Colorado Springs, remodelers and custom builders only. Retainers are $3,500 (Build), $5,000 (Growth) and $7,500 (Accelerate) a month, with suggested ad spend from $1,000 to $5,000 on top and add-ons such as $750 a piece for SEO content and $500 a month for an SEO booster. The setup tiers show as $15,000 and $25,500 with three-month payment plans. Their planning rule is 3 to 5 percent of goal revenue, not current revenue. The results page claims $250 million in tracked results, with cases such as a Michigan remodeler going from $4.6 million to a $7 million trajectory and an Austin remodeler at $6.55 million in potential revenue from Google Ads. Contract terms are not stated.

Builder Funnel's pricing page, September 2026. The setup tiers come first, then the $3,500 to $7,500 retainers further down the same page. Sixteen years on one client type is why they can publish the numbers.

    6. Remodeling Marketing Team

The top of the range and the number one result on Google for "remodeling marketing agency" in September 2026. Three tiers: Local Domination at $3,500 to $5,000 a month with $2,500 to $4,000 in ad spend, Multi-County Expansion at $5,500 to $8,500, and Market Takeover at $9,000 to $15,000 or more with $6,000 to $15,000 in spend, plus a one-time buildout of $5,000 to $10,000. Twelve-month commitment, then month to month. They say clients "typically invest $3,000 to $15,000 or more per month" and serve owners "generating $1 million to $20 million-plus". No guarantee, no founding year stated, and the stated timeline is traction in 30 to 60 days with lead volume compounding after 90.

    7. Blue Corona, now RYNO Strategic Solutions

The big multi-trade shop, founded 2007 and merged into RYNO. The remodelers page says services "can run anywhere from $3,500 per month up to $10,000 per month", with no long-term contracts and every deliverable owned by the client. The results quoted are large and unnamed: a 1,522 percent increase in organic visits for one remodeling client, 3,485 keywords ranking first. Clutch lists a $10,000 minimum project. Remodeling is one of many verticals here, which is fine for a company with a marketing manager and less fine for an owner who wants the person on the account to know what a change order is.

Want the number before the call?

It is on the page. Sites from $1,000 and programs from $350 a month, with no contract. The first call is thirty minutes of telling you which of the eleven above you should hire if it is not us.

    The four that do not

Kitchen Remodeling SEO is a kitchen and bath specialist that qualifies you on ad budget, $1,500 to $5,000 a month, and sells two programs, Market Growth and Market Dominance, aimed at remodelers heading for $2 million and $3 to $5 million respectively. The management fee is not on the page.

Kitchen and Bath Marketing Solutions serves remodelers, showrooms and designers. It publishes no price, and answers "do you really guarantee results?" with "yes, it's written in our legal terms". The case studies are specific, Steps By Stepp at 30 to 40 leads a month and Sketches and Pixels at $750,000 in new business in a year, so ask for the terms document before the call.

Remodel Your Marketing lists four packages, Tier 1 through Fully Custom, with feature lists and no dollar figures, and cites Rose Tree Construction at five to six qualified leads a week after six months. Alpyne Strategy is a nine-person Nashville shop founded in 2019 with a remodeler page and one kitchen showroom case study, and no price anywhere. ChoiceLocal, which ranks tenth for the term, is a franchise marketing agency with a remodeling sub-page and a $5,000 Clutch minimum; it did not make the list.

Five questions to ask any of them

What is the fee, in writing, before the discovery call. Seven of eleven will tell you on their site. The other four should tell you in the first email.

What is the contract. Three of the seven that publish a price want twelve months, and a remodeler in month four of a program that is not working needs to know that before signing.

Show me a project page that ranks. Not a homepage, a "kitchen remodel in suburb" page with photos and a price range, because that is the page a homeowner researching a $60,000 kitchen actually reads.

Who owns the site and the content when we leave. Blue Corona and Home Builder Marketers say it in writing; ask everyone else.

How do you count a lead. Contractor Growth Network publishes leads per month and conversion rates by client. An agency that reports traffic instead of consultations is reporting the wrong thing.

    Three to skip

An agency whose case studies are all builders. Home Builder Marketers and Builder Funnel serve both, and say so, but a remodeler's buyer is in the house already and searching by room, which is a different funnel from a lot buyer. Ask for a remodeling example specifically.

Paying design-build prices for a kitchen and bath business. The $6,400 SEO tier is built for a firm with a sales team to feed. A two-crew remodeler at $1 million has neither the budget nor the capacity for what it produces.

The agency that will not write the price down. In a category where seven of eleven do, silence is a choice. It means the number is decided on the call after they have sized you up.

Not sure which tier you are?

Send us your revenue, your service area and your current site. We will tell you which three of the eleven fit and what they should cost you, in one email, whether or not we are one of them.

    Frequently asked questions

How much does a remodeling marketing agency cost?

Published prices run from $1,499 a month at Built-Right Digital and $1,800 at Home Builder Marketers, through $3,150 to $6,400 for Contractor Growth Network's SEO tiers and $3,500 to $7,500 at Builder Funnel, up to $3,500 to $15,000 or more at Remodeling Marketing Team. Blue Corona says $3,500 to $10,000. Skill Mammoth runs $350 to $1,500 a month. Websites separately run from $1,000 at Skill Mammoth to an average of about $26,000 at Contractor Growth Network.

Which remodeling marketing agency is best for a small kitchen and bath company?

Under about $1 million in revenue, Skill Mammoth, Built-Right Digital or Home Builder Marketers, all of which publish prices under $2,000 a month and serve remodelers at that size. Contractor Growth Network and Remodeling Marketing Team are built for $2 million and up and priced accordingly.

Do remodeling marketing agencies require contracts?

Some. Contractor Growth Network and Remodeling Marketing Team require twelve months before converting to month to month. Home Builder Marketers offers month to month at a higher rate or twelve months with the setup fee waived. Blue Corona and Skill Mammoth state no long-term contracts. Builder Funnel and the four agencies without published prices do not state terms.

Do any remodeling marketing agencies offer a guarantee?

Home Builder Marketers states "close a project in 12 months or we work free" with a money-back window of 30 days on its homepage and 60 days on its packages page. Kitchen and Bath Marketing Solutions says its guarantee is written into its legal terms without stating the conditions. Skill Mammoth runs without contracts. The rest describe results in case studies rather than guarantees.

What should a remodeling marketing agency deliver?

Project pages by room and suburb with photos and price ranges, a Google Business Profile with a review system, service pages that rank for kitchen and bathroom remodel searches, a consultation booking flow that qualifies on budget, and a monthly report that counts consultations rather than traffic. Design-build firms at $3 million and up add paid search and a CRM feed for the sales team.

Is Skill Mammoth a remodeling marketing agency?

Skill Mammoth is a home services marketing agency that serves remodelers alongside the trades, with published prices and no contracts. It does the site, the search program, the Google Business Profile and reviews, AI search visibility and paid search. It does not build showroom funnels or run a sales team's CRM, so a design-build firm at $5 million should look at Contractor Growth Network or Remodeling Marketing Team.
