Lead nurture
Also called: Follow-up sequence, Drip campaign
Lead nurture is the automated series of texts and emails sent to a lead who has not booked yet, spaced over days or weeks, so the business stays in front of them until they are ready.
In practice
The homeowner who asked for a roof quote in March and went quiet is still replacing the roof this year. A text at day two, day seven and day thirty, each with a reason to reply, recovers a share of them at no cost per lead.
Write them like a person. Three short messages beat a branded newsletter.
