End-to-end automation linking the live event booth experience to editing, delivery, and portal access.
What We Built
Venlo Studio runs event photography at conferences, trade shows, and corporate events. The friction point was post-event: photographers had to manually match guests to their photos, edit each one, send delivery emails, and create portal access (hours of busywork per event). We built an end-to-end automation that blends the in-person booth experience with post-production workflow. Guests at the booth get auto-assigned their photos as they're taken. The Venlo team edits the photos. The automation handles email delivery, portal link generation, and customer notification automatically. Photographers focus on art instead of admin.
