What We Built
Wagner Falconer & Judd, an MN-based law firm, was spending 4+ hours per engagement manually building custom employee handbooks for client businesses across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Each handbook required customization based on company-specific policies plus accurate application of state-specific PTO rules and other labor laws. We built an automation that generates a 40+ page branded, custom employee handbook in minutes. The system intakes the customer's company details and policies, applies the correct state-specific labor law rules (Minnesota or Wisconsin), and outputs a fully formatted, branded, ready-to-use employee handbook. A process that took 4+ hours now takes minutes.
