TL;DR
Ten companies sell pest control SEO seriously and six of them publish a price. Pest Control SEOs is pest-only, SEO-only, and starts at a published $1,300 a month with no contract. Activate Digital Media runs $975, $1,800 and $2,500 a month, month to month. Blue Corona, now part of RYNO, says $5,000 a month and above. Straight North starts at $1,500 and says most clients spend $4,000 to $8,000. Thrive starts at $500. We start at $350 with no contract. Pesty Marketing, the specialist with the best published results, wants you at $1 million in revenue first and does not print a price; Coalmarch, DAGMAR and Slamdot price on the call. And one thing the roundups written by the agencies themselves leave out: the pest control owners on Reddit recommend none of these companies. They recommend local SEO boutiques and doing the Google profile yourself. Every figure below is quoted from the company's own page as of September 2026.
Disclosure: Skill Mammoth is on this list, and this is our site. Everything said about another company is quoted from its page with a link, and the "best for" column is the honest answer, which in most rows is not us.
If you want the strategy rather than the shortlist, the pest control SEO guide covers the route-density problem, the pest-by-pest pages and the 90-day plan. The wider agency picture, ads and all, is in best pest control marketing agencies. This page is for the owner who has decided to hire the search work out.
What separates them
Specialisation first, because pest control search is unusual: the money terms are pest-by-pest and town-by-town, the customer is recurring, and an agency that thinks in one-off jobs builds the wrong site. Three of the ten do only pest control. Then the revenue band, which two agencies state outright and the others reveal in their prices. Then, as always, whether they will say the number before the call.

1. Skill Mammoth
Ours, so weigh it. The program is the pest-by-pest service pages and the town pages, the Google Business Profile and review system that decides the map pack for "pest control near me", schema, the answer-first pages that get a company named in Google's AI Overview and ChatGPT, and monthly rank and prompt monitoring, at $350, $750 or $1,500 a month depending on markets. No contract. The site, if you need one, is $1,000, $3,000 or $8,000, owned outright. The pest control website review shows what it needs to do. We serve home services broadly, so pest control is one of our trades rather than our only one; an operator past $1 million who wants a pest-only shop should read on. The pest control page covers the program.
2. Pest Control SEOs
The specialist with a price. "We only do SEO and we only do it for pest control companies," from Surrey, British Columbia, since 2016, with a published minimum of $1,300 a month, custom proposals above that, and no contracts: "if we don't make you money, we don't make money." The case study page is a wall of percentages, The Bug Master at 208 percent more organic calls, Fullscope at 290 percent more monthly calls, Vinx at 876 percent, with no baselines given, so ask what the starting number was. For a one-to-five-truck company that wants a pest-only shop and a number up front, this is the clearest fit on the list.
3. Activate Digital Media
A generalist from The Woodlands, Texas, with a pest page and the most complete rate card here. Starter at $975 a month, Growth at $1,800, Enterprise from $2,500, all including SEO, paid management and reporting, plus Local Services Ads management from $475 a month. Ad budgets are paid directly to Google and Meta. All plans are month to month, and the site says plainly that rankings and map placement "cannot be guaranteed", which is more honesty than the category usually manages. No pest case study is published. The fit is a small company that wants search and ads under one flat fee.
4. Pesty Marketing
The specialist with the best published results and no published price. "Built exclusively for pest control," SEO and PPC only, New York-based since 2020, with a stated qualifier: clients who have "already hit $1 million per year in revenue" and are aiming for 30 percent growth. The case studies have real numbers and baselines. LaJaunie's Pest Control at 329 new recurring customers at a $72.04 cost of acquisition, Reliant Pest Management at $24.24 per qualified lead from SEO with months as high as 165 leads, Native Pest Management pausing nearly $100,000 a month in ad spend after six months of SEO. If you are past the revenue bar, this is the first call. If you are not, they have told you so.
5. Coalmarch
Twenty years in pest and lawn, "trusted by 400-plus pest and lawn companies", Raleigh, and privately owned again since April 2025 after leaving WorkWave, with native integrations to PestPac and Real Green kept through a partnership. No price on the site; the closest is a benchmark that pest and lawn companies "typically invest 7 to 12 percent of annual revenue in marketing, with roughly 40 to 60 percent of that spend allocated to paid ads", and a promise not to lock you into a fixed spend. The success stories are growth stories over years: Advantage Pest Management from $250,000 to $1.5 million, Midwest Pest Control from zero to $7 million since 2020. Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum. This is the agency for a company with routes in several counties and software it wants the marketing wired into.
6. DAGMAR Marketing
A Jacksonville generalist that happens to have the best single pest case study on the list. Turner Pest Control: 62 percent more organic traffic, 287 percent more mobile conversions, 194 new leads a month on average, and a 73 percent cut in cost per conversion after the paid program was rebuilt. Month to month with 30 days' notice. No price is published; a Clutch reviewer running five pest locations reports about $165,000 a year for SEO and paid search combined, which sets the scale. Named pest clients include Waynes, Noosa and Inman-Murphy. For a multi-location operator, DAGMAR and Coalmarch are the two to compare.
Want a flat fee and a number before the call?
Programs from $350 a month, no contract, AI search included. The first call is thirty minutes and ends with which of the ten above you should hire, including when it is not us.
7. Blue Corona, now RYNO Strategic Solutions
The large home services shop, founded 2007 and merged into RYNO. It is the number one organic result for "pest control SEO company" in September 2026. The pest page says services "can run anywhere from $5,000 per month and above", with no long-term contracts and full ownership of everything built. Every case study on the pest page is a plumbing or HVAC client. The fit is an established company with a marketing manager who wants one large vendor; a two-truck operator is below the floor.
8. Straight North
A Chicago generalist since 1997 with 141 Clutch reviews at 4.7 and a pest page that describes the right program, pages for each town and each pest you treat, without a pest case study behind it. Pricing is on the generic SEO page: starts at $1,500 a month, most clients at $4,000 to $8,000, some above $40,000. Contract terms are not stated. A safe, large, non-specialist choice for a company that values the review count over the vertical.
9. Thrive Internet Marketing
The full-service generalist, Arlington, Texas, since 2005, month to month. SEO "starting at $500 a month" on the pricing page, local SEO "$500 to $1,500", most companies "between $1,500 and $10,000". The one pest case study is a review program, not SEO: Home Run Pest and Termite gained 24 reviews in seven months, a 60 percent increase. Pest control is one of a hundred verticals here. Thrive's own "best pest control SEO companies" article ranks Thrive first, which is worth knowing when you read it.
10. Slamdot
Knoxville, since 2005, with a pest page whose testimonials come from the Tennessee Pest Control Association, the Certified Pest Control Operators of Georgia and half a dozen regional companies, which is a real footprint in the trade. No price published. The distinctive term is the six-month campaign with an opt-out if they underperform, which is a fair middle between a contract and none. Clutch minimum $1,000.
What the owners say
The February 2026 thread on r/PestControlIndustry asking for "best SEO companies for pest control businesses" is worth reading before you sign anything, because nobody in it recommends any of the ten companies above. The one owner who had shopped seriously was on a waiting list for Sterling Sky, which "only lets one company per niche in each city", and was considering Whitespark and Steady Demand for the Google profile alone. Whitespark's founder turned up in the thread to say so. On a second thread, an owner explaining how a new company gets customers listed "word of mouth, 5 star Google reviews, a website, NextDoor and spamming weekly unique ads in all local Facebook groups" and said it "costs us literally less than $30 monthly". Both are the same point from different ends: for a small pest company the Google Business Profile and reviews are most of the result, and the agencies above are selling what comes after that, at prices that only make sense once the routes are dense enough to pay for them.
How to actually choose
Start with trucks and revenue, because two of the ten will tell you no on the phone. Under $1 million: us, Pest Control SEOs or Activate, and the program is the profile, the pest pages and the town pages, at hundreds a month. Past $1 million with routes in more than one county: Pesty or Coalmarch, and the price will be thousands. Multi-location with a marketing hire: DAGMAR, Blue Corona or Straight North.
Then ask the four questions that expose a weak proposal. Which town's map pack for which pest moves first, and by when. What the fee is, in writing, before the demo. Who owns the site and the content when you leave. And what they do about AI search, because "exterminator near me" is increasingly answered by a paragraph naming three companies. The SEO cost guide has the market ranges to check any quote against, and the pest control marketing guide covers what sits around the search work.

Which pest control SEO company is best for a small company?
Skill Mammoth, Pest Control SEOs or Activate Digital Media, all of which publish prices under $1,500 a month and take one-to-five-truck companies. Pesty Marketing states that it works with companies already at $1 million in revenue, and Blue Corona's $5,000 floor puts it out of reach for most small operators.
Are there pest-control-only SEO agencies?
Three on this list. Pest Control SEOs does only SEO and only pest control. Pesty Marketing does SEO and PPC exclusively for pest control companies. Coalmarch serves pest and lawn companies only. Lobster Marketing, once a pest specialist, no longer exists as an agency; its site redirects to FieldRoutes after a 2021 merger.
What results do pest control SEO companies report?
Pesty Marketing publishes the most specific: 329 new recurring customers at a $72.04 acquisition cost for LaJaunie's, and $24.24 per qualified lead for Reliant. DAGMAR reports 194 leads a month and 62 percent more organic traffic for Turner Pest Control. Coalmarch reports revenue growth over years, such as Midwest Pest Control from zero to $7 million. Pest Control SEOs reports call increases of 54 to 876 percent without baselines.
Do pest control SEO companies require contracts?
Pest Control SEOs, Activate Digital Media, DAGMAR, Thrive and Skill Mammoth all state month-to-month or no-contract terms. Blue Corona says clients will not be handcuffed to long-term contracts. Slamdot runs six-month campaigns with an opt-out if it underperforms. Pesty Marketing, Coalmarch and Straight North do not state terms on their sites.
Is Skill Mammoth a pest control SEO company?
Yes, among the home service trades it serves. The program is $350, $750 or $1,500 a month by markets and service lines with no contract. It includes the pest-by-pest and town pages, the Google Business Profile and review system, and the AI search work. Operators past $1 million who want a pest-only agency should also talk to Pesty Marketing or Coalmarch.
