Location page
Also called: City page, Service area page
A location page is a page on a business website built for one city or neighborhood it serves, with content specific to that place rather than a copy of another city's page with the name swapped.
In practice
What makes one real: jobs completed in that city with photos, the neighborhoods and housing stock, the permit office, reviews from customers there, drive time from the shop. What makes one fake is the same 400 words with the city name replaced, and Google ignores those.
Build them for the five to ten cities that produce the most revenue, not for every town within fifty miles.
