Rank tracker

A rank tracker records where a site ranks for a list of keywords every day or week, from a chosen location, so movement shows up before it shows in revenue.
In practice
Track the 20 to 50 terms that would produce calls if won, from the city center and from the edges of the service area. Watch the trend, not the daily wobble, which is normal.
For the map pack a grid tracker is the right tool, because one location tells you almost nothing.
