TL;DR
Orlando's marketing agencies split into two groups that rarely compete with each other: brand and creative shops built on theme-park and hospitality money (Push since 1996, Appleton Creative for 30-plus years, REMIXED for 20, PH3 with its own brewery) and performance shops built on leads (Chatter Buzz, 40 senior staff and $5,000-a-month budget bands; South Street & Co., home services and law firms since 2015; 321 The Agency with a pay-per-lead platform). Skill Mammoth (ours, remote) is the flat-fee option at $350 to $1,500 a month. Only two of the eight will put a number near you before a call. Everything here was read from the agencies' own sites and Clutch on October 12, 2026.
Disclosure first: Skill Mammoth is a Minneapolis agency that serves Central Florida contractors remotely, and we are on this list. The seven Orlando shops are ranked the way we rank our national roundups: by who each one fits, what they charge when they will say, and what we would tell a friend who asked. Where an agency does not publish a price, the table says so instead of guessing.
Read the Google results before you read this list
Search "marketing agency orlando" on October 12, 2026 and the map pack shows South Street & Co., The 407 Group and Appleton Creative. Under it, the organic results are 321 The Agency, REMIXED and Push in the first three spots, then a Reddit thread, Appleton again, Clutch, Chatter Buzz and a Yelp list. That is an unusually honest SERP: the agencies ranking are mostly real Orlando firms rather than directories, and three of them have domain ratings under 36, which tells you the competition is on relevance, not on link weight. It also tells you the branding shops won the organic slots and the lead-gen shops won the map. Pick your group first.
1. Skill Mammoth (ours)
The flat-fee option: local SEO at $350, $750 or $1,500 a month, sites at $1,000, $3,000 or $8,000, paid ads at $600 a month or 12 percent of spend, no contracts, and AI search optimization folded into the SEO tiers. We are a performance shop for home service contractors and local practices, and we already model the Orlando market: our Orlando HVAC page counts 908 HVAC businesses on Google Maps within 40 km of downtown, about 5,340 local searches a month across the six core terms, and a top-of-page bid of $53.68 on "ac repair Orlando." Honest limitation: we will not design your theme-park activation, shoot your brand film or run your PR. Four of the shops below exist for that work and we would send you to them.
2. South Street & Co.
South Orange Avenue downtown, since 2015, and the agency on this list closest to our own lane: the site says it helps "Law Firms, Home Services & B2B Companies Own Their Markets" with local SEO, Google Business Profile management, paid search, reputation and automations. Case studies include a septic company at 582 organic leads over twelve months and a criminal defense firm at 184 percent lead growth. South Street holds a map-pack pin for the city's own marketing keyword, which is a decent credential for a local SEO shop. No published pricing; the only call to action is a booked call. Fit: an Orlando contractor or boutique firm with a few thousand a month who wants a downtown office to visit.
3. Chatter Buzz
East Robinson Street, founded 2012, with offices in Tampa and New York. Chatter Buzz is the largest performance shop in the group: a 40-person senior team by its own count, a 5.0 rating across 200-plus Google reviews, Google Premier Partner and HubSpot Diamond Partner status, and a claim of more than $1 billion in managed ad spend. Pricing is not published, but the strategy-session form's budget bands start at $5,000 to $9,999 a month, which is the clearest signal on this page of where an engagement begins. Verticals: homebuilders and construction, credit unions and banks, manufacturing, SaaS, healthcare, real estate. Fit: a company with a five-figure monthly budget that wants a fractional CMO and a media team under one roof.
4. 321 The Agency
Orlando-based, remote-first, and the top organic result for the city's keyword. 321 is a creative agency with a performance arm: digital advertising, social, brand, content, and a proprietary pay-per-lead platform called AIM that bills for qualified leads rather than impressions. The logo wall is Disney, ESPN, Universal, the Orlando Magic and Marvel, and the case studies are reach numbers (a Shop Disney campaign at 29.3 million impressions). Clutch lists it at 4.9 on 19 reviews. No published pricing. Fit: a consumer brand or entertainment property that wants Orlando's creative bench; a plumber should not expect the AIM platform to be priced for a plumber.
5. Appleton Creative
Delaney Avenue, more than three decades in business, with satellite offices in Tampa Bay and South Florida and a map-pack pin for the city's marketing keyword. Appleton is the full-service traditional agency of the group: research, design, web and app development, digital and social, video and animation, media buying and public relations. Named work includes Hilton Grand Vacations, Orlando International Airport, the Orlando Realtor Association and the Orange County Library System. No published pricing and no case-study metrics on the homepage, which is normal for an agency whose clients are institutions. Fit: a hospitality brand, a public body or a nonprofit that needs PR and video alongside the digital work.

6. Push
Ernestine Street, "building brands from the inside out since 1996." Push is a branding and integrated marketing agency with a restaurant, retail and arts focus: Cinnabon, Paris Baguette, Oak & Stone, the Winn-Dixie rebrand and the Holocaust Museum for Hope & Humanity. It also runs a film unit (Pull Films) and a menu product (Paperless Menu). No published pricing. Fit: a multi-unit restaurant or retail concept that needs a brand built before it needs leads.
7. REMIXED
North Hyer Avenue downtown, "expertly crafted for 20 years," everything in-house, and the second organic result for the keyword. REMIXED is a branding and creative agency: identity, campaign creative, design, with clients from Tears For Fears to REV Group to UMass Amherst's computer science college. Clutch and the Orlando Business Journal both list it among the city's top branding firms. No published pricing. Fit: a rebrand or a launch where the creative is the product.
8. PH3 Agency + Brewery
Digital marketing and branding, "made in Orlando," and, per its own headline, "the only Agency + Brewery in the nation." Case studies cover a taco chain, luxury real estate in Puerto Rico and a nonprofit; the logo list includes construction, HVAC and logistics firms. No published pricing. Fit: a restaurant or consumer brand that wants packaging, social and search from one small shop, with the tasting room as the conference room.
Two more names from the map and the directory
The 407 Group holds a map-pack pin and runs Facebook and Google ads with a "risk-free trial" and "guaranteed results" in the headline, no street address on the site and a 2020 copyright. Guarantees in paid media are a contract question, so read the contract before the trial. ROI Amplified, which Clutch lists first for Orlando digital marketing (5.0 on five reviews, $5,000 minimum project, two to nine staff), grew into Orlando from St. Pete Beach and reports more than $100 million in managed ad spend. SmartSites also appears on the Orlando Clutch page with 368 reviews; it is a New Jersey agency with a local address.

For contractors specifically
Orlando is a cooling-dominant market: the climate record gives it 3,452 cooling degree days a year against 525 heating, with AC demand leading nine months and peaking in August. The five busiest HVAC listings around the city average 8,640 Google reviews, so the map pack is a review-count contest before it is anything else. An agency pitching an Orlando HVAC, roofing or plumbing company should open with Local Services Ads (billed per lead, $25 to $80 in HVAC), then the review engine, then search ads. South Street and Chatter Buzz both run lead programs for trades; the brand shops do not. Our Orlando HVAC marketing page has the full numbers, and the Florida statewide page covers the hurricane-season calendar for roofers.
How to choose between them
Decide which group you are in before the first call, then ask three things: what would you do in the first 90 days, specifically; who owns the site, the content and the ad accounts when we part; and can you show me a client in my industry performing right now. The brand shops will answer with a portfolio and the lead shops with a dashboard, and both answers are correct for their group. The budget math behind the question is in our piece on agency pricing transparency.
One local note
Orlando search is really four markets: the tourist corridor around International Drive and Kissimmee, the downtown and Winter Park core, the Lake Nona and east side growth, and the Seminole County suburbs. Map packs differ block by block across them. Whoever you hire should talk about Winter Park, Lake Nona and Sanford rankings without being prompted. A single Orlando rank number is a sign the plan was written for a city that is not this one.
Frequently asked questions
Who are the best marketing agencies in Orlando?
By group: for leads, Skill Mammoth (ours, remote, flat fee), South Street & Co. for local SEO in home services and law, and Chatter Buzz for five-figure budgets with a fractional CMO; for brand and creative, Appleton Creative, Push, REMIXED and PH3; 321 The Agency sits between the two with a creative bench and a pay-per-lead platform.
How much do Orlando marketing agencies charge?
Almost none publish a price. The signals available on October 12, 2026: Chatter Buzz's contact form starts at $5,000 to $9,999 a month, ROI Amplified lists a $5,000 minimum project on Clutch, and Skill Mammoth's flat tiers run $350 to $1,500 a month for SEO. The brand shops quote by project after a discovery call.
Which Orlando agency is best for a contractor?
South Street & Co. names home services as one of its three verticals and holds a map-pack position for the city's marketing keyword. Chatter Buzz works with homebuilders and construction at larger budgets. Skill Mammoth models the Orlando HVAC market directly and prices flat. The branding agencies are built for restaurants, hospitality and consumer brands.
Do I need an Orlando agency or can a remote one work?
A local office helps when the work is brand, PR and events. For search and lead generation, a remote agency that reports suburb-level rankings across Winter Park, Lake Nona and Kissimmee will beat a local one that reports a single citywide number. Three of the agencies on this list are remote-first themselves.
What should I ask an Orlando marketing agency on the first call?
What they would do in the first 90 days, who owns the site and ad accounts at exit, which current client in your industry you can look at, and the monthly price before the proposal. For a contractor, add whether they manage Local Services Ads and how they run review generation.
