Best Dental SEO Companies in 2026: Prices, Terms, Fit

    TL;DR

Ten dental SEO companies, read from their own sites, Clutch and the one roundup that publishes price bands, on October 14, 2026. Four of the ten state a number: The Dental SEO Company says most solo practices invest $2,500 to $8,000 a month across SEO, ads and web; Lasso MD says SEO campaigns run $1,000 to $5,000; WOWbix lists $1,200 to $2,000; Skill Mammoth (ours) publishes $750, $1,500 and $3,000 flat with no contract. Adit sells SEO on a "new patients booked or your money back" promise with the patient count left undefined. Firegang (1,000-plus offices) and Delmain (200-plus practices, 120 reviews) are the dental-exclusive shops with the deepest case study files. The one agency on page one for "dental seo company" with a domain rating of 10 proves the keyword is winnable by a small specialist, which is also why this list exists.

Disclosure first: Skill Mammoth is a Minneapolis agency that works with dentists remotely, and we are on this list. The other nine are ranked the way we rank every agency roundup on this site: by who each one fits, what it charges when it will say, and what we would tell a dentist friend. Where a company publishes no price, the table says so. Where a third party reports one, the table names the third party.

Read the search results before you read any list

Search "dental seo company" on October 14, 2026 and the first two organic results are a generalist (Coalition Technologies, domain rating 74) and a dental software company that sells SEO as an add-on (Adit, DR 77). Positions three, six, seven and nine are roundups: Embarque, a Semrush agency directory, First Page Sage and WOWbix, which ranks itself first. Position eight is The Dental SEO Company at domain rating 10, which tells you two things. The keyword is open to a small specialist with a focused site, and most of the "best dental SEO" pages you will read were written by an agency that put itself at the top. So was this one. The difference is that every claim below has a source you can click.

Context for the budget conversation: in our dental marketing guide we pulled eight live Minneapolis dentist searches and found 15 of the 18 map-pack slots held by independent practices, no DSO in any pack, and no paid ad on any of the eight queries. Google Ads for dentists run $8.00 a click, the third-highest of 23 industries in the 2026 benchmarks. That is the math that makes a $1,500 to $3,000 SEO retainer rational for a practice where a new patient is worth $1,000-plus in first-year production.

    1. Skill Mammoth (ours)

The flat-fee option: local SEO plus AI search at $750, $1,500 or $3,000 a month, sites at $1,000, $3,000 or $8,000, website care from $350 a month, no contracts and no setup fee. The $750 tier covers citations across 20-plus directories, LocalBusiness and FAQ schema, a baseline ChatGPT and AI Overviews visibility setup, two posts a month, an automated review request system and review responses. The $1,500 tier adds up to five city or neighborhood pages a month, four to six posts, authority placements and a monthly dashboard with a strategy call. Honest limitations: we are not dental-exclusive, we do not integrate with your practice management software to report production per patient, and a DSO with 30 locations belongs with Cardinal, below. A one-to-three-location practice that wants a published price and owns its site at exit is our lane.

    2. The Dental SEO Company

A division of NK Media, founded by Nash Kassam, who grew up in a family of dentists and built the company after marketing his parents' practice. It is the lone small site on page one for the keyword (domain rating 10, position eight). The pricing page sends you to a free audit, but the FAQ gives the band: most solo or two-location practices invest $2,500 to $8,000 a month across SEO, Google Ads and web design, month to month, no setup or cancellation fees. The site claims 1,000-plus practices served and shows 11 testimonial cards from 10 practices, including a Houston practice moved from outside the top 30 to the top five for "dental implants Houston" in under six months and a Markham, Ontario practice at "more than 425 new patients" in under a year. Fit: a practice that wants a dental-only team, a stated budget band and no contract, and is comfortable buying SEO, ads and the site from one vendor.

The Dental SEO Company homepage offering a free marketing audit and claiming 1,000-plus dental practices served
The Dental SEO Company on October 14, 2026. Domain rating 10, organic position eight for the keyword. The $2,500 to $8,000 band is in the FAQ, not the hero.

    3. Firegang Dental Marketing

Spokane, Washington, "over 15 years" in dental SEO, "over 1,000 dental offices nationwide." SEO is not sold alone; it sits inside the Practice 360 Program, which bundles keyword research, on-page and technical work, link building, Google Business Profile optimization, review management, directory submissions and service-page content. Blogging is explicitly excluded, which is worth knowing if you expected a content calendar. There is a 90-day customer satisfaction promise and no published price; WOWbix's roundup reports $2,500 to $6,000 a month and month-to-month terms, which Firegang has not confirmed on its own site. Fit: an implant or cosmetic practice that wants funnel work and front-office training alongside SEO, and will get the 90-day promise in writing.

    4. Adit

Adit is practice software first (scheduling, call tracking, Pozative review generation, a Call Training Coach) with SEO layered on top, and it ranks second organically for the keyword on the strength of a guarantee: "new patients booked from SEO or your money back," with nothing paid until patients arrive and results promised within the first month. Read the terms. The page does not define how many patients satisfy the promise, the current promotions (gift cards, free phones and VoIP "for life") require an annual agreement, and a pop-up says some locations fall outside Adit's "area of operation." The claims are 10,000-plus dental professionals on the platform and 500-plus dentists on SEO specifically. Fit: a practice already on, or moving to, Adit's software that wants one login for phones, reviews and search. The annual agreement deserves a read before the gift card does.

Adit dental SEO page promising new patients booked from SEO or your money back
Adit. The guarantee is the headline; the patient threshold and the annual agreement are in the fine print.

    5. Delmain

Portland, Oregon, a team of 39, "trusted by 200-plus practices," 120 reviews across Google, Facebook and Yelp. It also has the best case study file on this list: Timberhill Dental from 12 to more than 80 new patients a month with 48 percent of new patients from SEO, MillBridge Dentistry at 66 more patients a month on a 376 percent traffic increase, Cedar Village Dentistry from $1.4 million to $4.2 million in annual collections. The site says "no setup fees or annual contracts" and points to a pricing page that returns a 404 as of this writing. WOWbix reports $1,200 to $3,000 a month with a six-month minimum, which conflicts with Delmain's own "no annual contracts" line, so ask which is true. PatientPulse, its analytics platform, connects to practice management software, which is the attribution most agencies on this list cannot offer. Fit: a growth-stage practice that wants production-level reporting and will trade a dental-exclusive premium for it.

Delmain. The case studies carry production numbers, which is rare. The pricing page link was dead on October 14, 2026.

    6. Lasso MD

San Diego. Ranks fifth for the keyword. The FAQ states the band most agencies hide: "Most dental SEO campaigns range from $1,000 to $5,000/month," depending on market, competition and scope, with no contract minimums listed. The package is local SEO, Google Business Profile work, citations, technical fixes, reputation automation, call tracking and ROI reporting, with Google Ads sold separately. WOWbix adds a PatientLoop CRM and a 3x ROI guarantee that Lasso's own SEO page does not mention, so confirm it. Fit: a practice that wants a published range and call tracking from day one.

    7. Pain-Free Dental Marketing

Colleyville, Texas per WOWbix, run by a founder named Eric on the site. Month to month: "there's no long-term contract or hidden gotchas." No published price, but a published rule of thumb, three to six percent of collections for marketing, and two plans, Essentials and Full-Service, priced after a free initial consult. The client list shows tenure, which is its own signal: Legacy Dental since 2015, Sky Creek Dental since 2016, Aesthetic and Implant Dentistry of Lubbock since 2017. Fit: a practice that values a decade-long relationship over a dashboard.

    8. Wonderist Agency

San Diego, 57 staff. This is the creative shop on the list: branding, photo and video, funnels, websites, SEO, paid ads and practice-management-system integration for ROI tracking. A "Clear Pricing Info" button leads to a form rather than a number. WOWbix reports $2,000 to $6,000 a month with a six-month minimum. Fit: a cosmetic or multi-doctor practice rebranding and rebuilding the site at the same time, where SEO rides along with the creative.

    9. Smile Marketing

Founded 2004 per WOWbix, "80-plus digital experts," phone lines for the US and Canada, the UK and Ireland, and Australia and New Zealand. Dental-exclusive, with a plan table and a plan quiz on the site but no prices on the page; WOWbix reports $1,500 to $4,000 a month in tiers. The package covers websites with custom photography, SEO and GEO, ads, social content and review automation. Fit: a solo practice that wants everything from one dental-only vendor and is fine learning the price after the quiz.

    10. WOWbix

Paramus, New Jersey, founded 2015 by Shehryar Aziz. Included because it publishes the most useful page on the subject, a 25-company list with price bands and contract terms for the top ten, and ranks itself first in it. Its own listed price is $1,200 to $2,000 a month (the comparison table on the same page says $1,200 to $3,500), month to month. Its tier guide is the best public benchmark: entry level $500 to $1,500 for rural, low-competition practices; the "sweet spot" $1,500 to $3,000 for most solo practices; premium $3,000 to $7,500 for implant and cosmetic practices in competitive metros; enterprise $7,500-plus for DSOs. The same page says most reputable agencies require six-month minimums. Five of the ten agencies on this list, ours included, do not.

Three more, and why they are notes rather than entries

Coalition Technologies ranks first organically for the keyword with a dental services page; it is a Los Angeles generalist with hundreds of staff rather than a dental shop. It belongs on a shortlist only if you want a large account team. Cardinal Digital Marketing (Atlanta, 2009, 80-plus staff) is the DSO specialist at $5,000 to $15,000-plus a month per WOWbix, with quarterly commitments; wrong for one location, right for thirty. SmartSites tops Clutch's dental SEO category with a $1,000 minimum project, $100 to $149 an hour and 369 reviews at 4.9; it is a Paramus generalist that will take a dental client, which is a different thing from a dental agency.

    How to choose between them

Ask five things on the first call. What will you do in the first 90 days, specifically for implants or whatever procedure pays your overhead. Who owns the website, the Google Business Profile and the ad accounts if we part ways. Which current client in a market my size can I look at. How do you report new patients, by call tracking, by form, or by practice management integration. And what is the monthly price before the proposal. An agency that answers all five on the first call is on the shortlist. An agency that answers with a guarantee should be asked to define the number the guarantee is measured against.

Two more filters. If the quote includes a six-month minimum, ask what happens at month four if nothing has moved; half the agencies here will let you leave. And if the agency also sells the website, ask whether it is built on a platform you can take with you, because the cheapest SEO retainer in the world is expensive if leaving it means rebuilding the site. Our dental website design guide covers what to check.

    Frequently asked questions

Who are the best dental SEO companies?

By fit: Skill Mammoth for one-to-three-location practices that want a published price and no contract (ours), The Dental SEO Company for a dental-only team with a stated budget band, Firegang for implant and cosmetic funnels, Adit for practices on its software, Delmain for production-level reporting, Lasso MD for a published range with call tracking, Pain-Free for long-tenure relationships, Wonderist for a rebrand plus rebuild, Smile Marketing for solo practices wanting one dental-only vendor, and Cardinal for DSOs.

How much does dental SEO cost?

Published figures on October 14, 2026: Lasso MD $1,000 to $5,000 a month, WOWbix $1,200 to $2,000, The Dental SEO Company $2,500 to $8,000 across SEO, ads and web, Skill Mammoth $750, $1,500 or $3,000. WOWbix's tier guide puts most solo practices at $1,500 to $3,000, implant and cosmetic practices in competitive metros at $3,000 to $7,500, and DSOs at $7,500-plus. For comparison, Ahrefs' provider survey averages local SEO at $1,557 a month across all industries; see how much SEO costs.

Is a dental-exclusive agency worth the premium?

It is when the agency can report production per patient from your practice management software, which Delmain and Wonderist offer and most generalists cannot, and when your market is competitive enough that procedure-level keyword work (implants, Invisalign, emergency) decides the outcome. It is not when you are the only practice in a 20-minute radius, where citations, reviews and a correct Google Business Profile do most of the work at any price.

Do dental SEO companies require contracts?

WOWbix says most reputable agencies require six-month minimums. On this list, The Dental SEO Company, Lasso MD, Pain-Free, WOWbix and Skill Mammoth run month to month; Delmain says no annual contracts; Adit's promotions require an annual agreement; Wonderist and Smile Marketing are reported at six-month and tiered terms.

Should a dentist run Google Ads instead of SEO?

Both, in order. Dental clicks cost $8.00 on the 2026 benchmarks and dentists report Local Services Ads leads above $100, including calls from existing patients. Ads buy the first 90 days while SEO compounds; after that, the practices holding the map pack in our Minneapolis sample were independents with reviews and complete profiles, not the biggest ad budgets.
