CRM with a Mobile App (2026): 9 Apps Ranked by Ratings

    TL;DR

A CRM with a mobile app worth opening on a job site costs $29 to $99 a month in 2026, and the app store ratings separate the field tools from the office tools fast. For a crew that quotes, invoices and gets paid at the door, Jobber ($29 a month on annual billing, 4.8 on iOS from 21,211 ratings) and Housecall Pro ($59, 4.6 from 30,791) are the two apps that do the whole job from a phone. For a company that runs leads, texts and payments through one system, GoHighLevel's Lead Connector app ($97 a month, 4.5 on iOS) wins. For a two-person office that only needs contacts and a pipeline, HubSpot's free app (4.7 on iOS, 4.5 on Android) is the best free one. Ten apps are rated below from the US App Store and Google Play on October 11, 2026. Two of them (Keap on Android at 2.8, Pipedrive on iPhone at 3.7) should give you pause.

Disclosure: Skill Mammoth is a Jobber partner. Readers get 20 percent off through our link and we earn a commission, so weigh the Jobber rows with that in mind. We have no arrangement with any other vendor on this page. Every rating was read from the US Apple App Store and the US Google Play store on October 11, 2026, every price from the vendor's own pricing page or from a Skill Mammoth pricing post with a stated date, and every "from the phone" claim from the vendor's own app listing or feature page.

Why the app rating is the number to read first

Every CRM ships a mobile app, so "has a mobile app" is a checkbox. The question is whether the app does the work a service business does in the field, and whether the people who use it daily rate it as usable. App store ratings are the closest thing to a public, dated, large-sample answer: Jobber's iOS app has 21,211 ratings, Housecall Pro's 30,791, Salesforce's 353,721, and the vendor cannot edit any of them. iOS and Android ratings for the same product can sit a full star apart, so check the store your techs carry. The contractor CRM guide covers the category split; this page sorts the apps.

VerdictOnly three apps on the list quote, invoice, schedule and take payment from the phone: Jobber, Housecall Pro and, with a looser definition of quote, Lead Connector. The sales CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Freshsales, monday) are built to log calls and move deals. Three of the ten vendors advertise an offline mode; the two field service apps are not among them.

    How the ranking works

Each app gets a blended rating, the plain average of its US iOS and Android store ratings on October 11, 2026, with no weighting for review count. It then earns a quarter point for each of five field jobs the vendor's own listing says the app does: send a quote, send an invoice, schedule a visit or appointment, take a payment, log a call. The sum sets the order below, and price breaks ties.

    1. Jobber (blended 4.58, plus 1.0 for four field jobs)

Jobber's iPhone app is the highest rated field service app on the list at 4.8 from 21,211 ratings; Android is 4.4 from 6,851 reviews. From the phone you build and send a quote, watch the client approve it and pay a deposit, schedule the visit, clock in and out, text "on my way," and when the job closes, tap once to invoice and take a card. The limits: no offline mode is advertised on the app page or the listing, and no call logging in the app unless you add the $29 AI Receptionist. Price is Core at $29 a month on annual billing ($49 monthly), Connect $99, Grow $149, plus $29 a user. One-truck to ten-truck home service companies are the fit. We are a Jobber partner and earn a commission on the link, so note that it ties Housecall Pro on the blended rating rather than beating it.

    2. Housecall Pro (blended 4.58, plus 1.0)

Housecall Pro has the largest iOS sample among the field service apps, 30,791 ratings at 4.6, and a 4.5 on Android from 6,858. The listing promises estimates and invoices from the phone, a drag-and-drop calendar, GPS time tracking, card processing in the app, and automatic on-my-way and review-request texts. It also includes offline viewing on every plan, which Jobber does not claim; if your techs work rural dead zones, that line may decide it. The published price is $59 a month on annual billing for one user (Basic, $79 monthly), $149 for five, $299 for eight, and the plan picker quoted a 2-to-5-person plumbing crew $299 to $649 monthly when we walked through it. Fit: crews of two to eight that want seats bundled.

    3. GoHighLevel, through the Lead Connector app (blended 4.17, plus 1.0)

GoHighLevel ships its app under the name Lead Connector (4.5 on iOS from 4,010 ratings, 3.8 on Android from 1,191). The listing says you call leads, move opportunities across pipeline stages and create invoices from the phone; the sister HighLevel app adds collecting payments and scheduling appointments. The Android rating is the third lowest here, and the app is a window onto a marketing platform rather than a dispatch tool, so no routing, timesheets or job costing. Starter is $97 a month, with texts, calls and numbers billed on usage on top, so a one-truck shop lands near $135 to $150 before any AI add-on. Fit: a company that wants missed-call text-back, review requests, pipeline and payments in one system and already schedules elsewhere.

    4. HubSpot (blended 4.63, plus 0.25)

HubSpot's app is the best rated general CRM app on both stores: 4.7 on iOS from 15,722 ratings and 4.5 on Android from 13,546, free to download, with the CRM free for two users. From the phone you call from your HubSpot number, log notes the moment a call ends, update deal stages and set tasks. Quotes, invoices and the meeting scheduler are separate HubSpot products the mobile app page does not list, so treat them as desktop work. No offline mode is advertised, and the price cliff is steep: Free, then Starter at $7 a seat on promotion ($20 list), then Sales Hub Professional at $90 a seat with a required $1,500 onboarding fee, per our HubSpot pricing breakdown from September 2026. Fit: a two-person office or a remodeler with a long sales cycle.

    5. monday CRM (blended 4.74, plus 0)

monday.com's main app is the highest rated app on this page, 4.8 on iOS from 48,167 ratings and 4.7 on Android from 45,296, and monday CRM runs inside it. The catch is what the ratings rate: a work management app for boards and assignments. On October 5, 2026 monday also published a separate "monday CRM" iOS app, version 1.2, with zero ratings when we checked, and a listing about AI agents and a notetaker that records without a signal and syncs later. No quoting, invoicing, scheduling or payments from the phone, so it scores zero on field jobs. Pricing read October 11, 2026: Basic $12 a seat a month on annual billing ($18 monthly), Standard $17 ($25), Pro $28 ($41), three-seat minimum, so the real floor is $36. Fit: an office team already living in monday boards.

    6. Freshsales (blended 4.37, plus 0.25)

Freshsales is the cheapest paid plan on the ranked list with an app that says "offline" in its own listing: 4.5 on iOS from 523 ratings, 4.2 on Android from 1,528. From the phone you add contacts and deals, make calls, send email and move deal stages. Pricing read October 11, 2026: Growth $9 a user a month on annual billing, Pro $39, Enterprise $59, 21-day trial, no onboarding fee on the page. The iOS sample is the smallest here, and the iOS app's last update was June 23, 2026, more than three months before we looked. Fit: a small sales team on a budget that does not need field tools.

    7. Keap (blended 3.58, plus 1.0)

Keap is the strange one. The iOS app is respectable at 4.4 from 1,827 ratings, and the listing promises more field work than any sales CRM here: a business phone line with caller ID and call history, SMS auto-replies for missed calls, appointment booking, and invoices you create, send and collect from the phone. Then there is Android: 2.8 from 243 reviews, the lowest rating on this page by a full star, and the top review when we read it was a one-star from August 2026 describing daily crashes. Price is $299 a month for two users ($2,988 billed annually), $39 for each extra user, plus implementation services the pricing page calls required without pricing. Fit: an iPhone-only owner who wants Keap's email and SMS automation.

play.google.com, Keap Mobile, October 11, 2026. 2.8 stars from 243 reviews, against 4.4 on iOS. Check the store your crew actually carries.

    8. Zoho CRM (blended 4.06, plus 0.25)

Zoho CRM's app is built for outside sales reps: offline access, automatic sync, caller ID, call logging with voice notes, a check-in button for site visits and a near-me view of nearby accounts. iOS rates it 4.4 from 2,691 ratings; Android 3.7 from 6,260, the second lowest Android score on the list. Pricing read October 11, 2026 in USD: Free for three users, Standard $14 a user a month on annual billing ($20 monthly), Professional $23 ($35), Enterprise $40 ($50), and Bigin Express at $7 ($9) for the small-business edition. No quoting or invoicing in the app. Fit: a sales team of three to ten doing site visits. A one-truck company should look at Bigin instead.

    9. Pipedrive (blended 3.86, plus 0.25)

Pipedrive is the best pure pipeline on a desktop and the worst rated app on this list on iPhone: 3.7 from 675 ratings, with Android better at 4.0 from 3,589. The listing promises call logging, typed or recorded call notes synced to the web app, an agenda view and offline syncing, and the app shipped an update on October 9, two days before we read it, so the low score is not abandonment. Pricing from pipedrive.com on October 11, 2026: Lite $14 a seat a month on annual billing, Growth $39, Premium $59, Ultimate $79, 14-day trial, no onboarding fee. Fit: a remodeler or commercial services company whose reps live on a laptop and only need the phone for call notes.

    The reference point: Salesforce

Salesforce is on the table so the others have a yardstick. Its main app has 353,721 iOS ratings at 4.8, the biggest sample in the category by an order of magnitude, and 60,174 Android reviews at 3.5. Field work lives in a separate Salesforce Field Service app that rates 4.6 on iOS and 3.0 on Android and is built offline-first with signature capture. Starter Suite is $25 a user a month and Pro Suite $100 on annual billing, read October 11, 2026.

    Three to skip

Keap on Android. 2.8 from 243 reviews is the lowest rating on this page, the top review describes daily crashes, and the plan costs $299 a month plus required implementation.

The new monday CRM app, for now. Version 1.2, published October 5, 2026, zero ratings on the day we checked. Run monday CRM inside the main monday.com app, which has 48,167 iOS ratings, and revisit the standalone app in six months.

Any sales CRM as the only app for a crew that quotes on site. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Freshsales log calls and move deals from the phone, and none of them sends a quote, schedules a visit or takes a payment there. A plumber who picks one ends up quoting on paper and invoicing from the truck seat at 7 pm. The field service software roundup is the right list for that company, and the QuickBooks CRM integration guide covers which tiers sync the invoice the tech just sent.

    Frequently asked questions

Which CRM has the best mobile app?

By US App Store and Google Play ratings on October 11, 2026, monday.com's app rates highest (4.8 iOS, 4.7 Android) but does no field work. Among apps that quote, invoice, schedule and take payment from the phone, Jobber (4.8 iOS, 4.4 Android) and Housecall Pro (4.6 iOS, 4.5 Android) tie on a blended 4.58, and Jobber costs $29 a month to Housecall Pro's $59 on annual billing.

    Which CRM apps work offline?

Three vendors say so on their own listings: Pipedrive ("offline syncing"), Zoho CRM ("offline access") and Freshsales ("use this app offline"). Housecall Pro includes offline viewing on every plan, and Salesforce lists full offline mobile functionality on its edition grid. Jobber, HubSpot, Lead Connector, Keap and the main monday.com app do not advertise an offline mode.

Can I send quotes and invoices from a CRM app?

From the field service apps, yes: Jobber and Housecall Pro both create and send quotes or estimates and invoices from the phone and take card payments in the app. Lead Connector creates invoices and collects payments, and Keap's iOS app creates and sends invoices. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Freshsales and monday CRM handle quotes and invoices on the desktop, if at all.

How much does a CRM with a mobile app cost?

Free to $299 a month at the entry tier. Free: HubSpot (2 users), Zoho CRM (3 users). $9 to $25 a user: Freshsales, monday CRM (3-seat minimum), Pipedrive, Zoho Standard, HubSpot Starter, Salesforce Starter Suite. $29 to $99: Jobber Core, Housecall Pro Basic, GoHighLevel Starter plus usage. $299: Keap for two users, plus required implementation.

Are app store ratings a reliable way to compare CRMs?

They are the largest public sample you can get and the vendor cannot edit them. They measure the app alone, though: a 4.8 means the app works, not that the product fits a plumbing company. Read both stores: Salesforce is 4.8 on iPhone and 3.5 on Android, Keap 4.4 and 2.8, and the gap matters more than either number.

Why does the same CRM rate differently on iOS and Android?

Most vendors build the iPhone app first. Across the ten apps here, the Android rating was lower than iOS for nine of them, by an average of about 0.6 of a star, and Pipedrive was the only one where Android beat iPhone. Check the store your crew actually uses before you trust a headline rating.
