TL;DR
Service Fusion publishes its prices, and the number that matters is the one it does not charge: per user. Starter is $245 a month billed monthly or $208 on annual, Plus is $382 or $325, and Pro is $627 or $533, each with unlimited users and no contract. Starter covers scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, payments, QuickBooks, plus text alerts. Plus adds job photos, inventory, job costing, plus integrated voice and text. Pro adds the open API, custom documents, e-signatures, a customer portal, and progress and recurring billing. For a two-truck shop, Jobber or Housecall Pro is cheaper. For a ten-person shop, Service Fusion Plus at $382 undercuts the seat math on both by hundreds a month. The add-ons that are not on the plan cards are GPS fleet tracking and the ServiceCall.ai answering service, and the demo button is where the exact processing rate lives.
Same disclosure as our Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and Workiz pricing posts: Skill Mammoth builds websites and runs SEO for the trades, does not sell field service software, and has no affiliate arrangement with Service Fusion or its parent, EverPro. Every number below is from Service Fusion's own pricing page, screenshotted this week, with the annual figures from the page's billing toggle.
The published plans
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Users | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $245/mo | $208/mo | Unlimited | Customer management, estimates and jobs, scheduling and dispatch, QuickBooks integration, invoicing and payment processing, project management and reporting, text message alerts, estimate options, company reviews |
| Plus | $382/mo | $325/mo | Unlimited | Job photo uploads, inventory management, job costing, integrated voice and text, up to 3 technician review profiles |
| Pro | $627/mo | $533/mo | Unlimited | Open API, custom documents, e-sign, customer web portal, progress billing and recurring invoicing, up to 5 technician review profiles |
| Verdict | Plus is the plan most crews actually need, because job costing and the integrated phone line are where the operational savings live. Starter is the price the ads quote. | |||
Why unlimited users changes the comparison
Every other mid-market platform prices by seat. Jobber's plans bundle seats and charge $29 for each extra; Housecall Pro's upper tiers include five or eight users and charge $75 to $100 for each one after that; Workiz's reported plans cover five users at $55 to $65 more per head. Service Fusion charges by company. The crossover point is around six people: below it, the seat-priced tools are cheaper; above it, Service Fusion pulls ahead by a widening margin every hire.
| Team size | Service Fusion Plus (monthly) | Jobber Grow plus seats | Housecall Pro MAX plus seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 people | $382 | $199 (seats included) | $329 monthly (8 included) |
| 8 people | $382 | $199 plus extra seats, roughly $344 | $329 monthly (8 included) |
| 12 people | $382 | Team plans, $169 to $599 | $329 plus 4 seats at $75, about $629 |
| 20 people | $382 | Team plans, up to $599 | $329 plus 12 seats at $75, about $1,229 |
| Verdict | Under six people, buy on features. Over ten, Service Fusion's flat price is the cheapest way to put every tech and office seat on the same system. | ||
The seat math is why Service Fusion keeps showing up in shops with 10 to 30 people that do not want ServiceTitan's price or implementation. Jobber's per-seat and team pricing is broken down in Jobber pricing, and Housecall Pro's plan-picker quotes in Housecall Pro pricing.
What is not on the plan cards
Three things. Payment processing rates are not published on the pricing page; on $500,000 a year of card revenue, the difference between 2.6% and 2.9% is $1,500, so ask for the rate in writing during the demo. GPS fleet tracking is an add-on on every tier, priced per vehicle on the quote. ServiceCall.ai, the answering service, is a separate subscription. The integrated phone and texting on Plus is the one communication feature that is included rather than added, which is a real difference from Workiz, where the phone system is reported at about $100 a month extra.

Which plan for which shop
Starter fits a shop moving off spreadsheets that already has more than five people, because at fewer than five the seat-priced tools cost less for the same features. Plus is the working plan: job costing turns every invoice into a margin report, inventory tracks the truck stock that walks off, and the integrated voice and text line replaces a separate phone subscription. Pro earns its extra $245 a month in three cases: you bill commercial accounts on progress or recurring schedules, you need e-signatures on proposals and change orders, or you have a developer who will use the API to connect the platform to your website and reporting. The customer web portal is the sleeper feature for property-management accounts, which want to see job status without calling your office.
Where Service Fusion falls short
The interface is functional and dated next to Jobber and Housecall Pro, and the mobile app is the most common complaint from techs. Reporting is adequate for a small shop and thin for anyone running a sales team. The integration list is smaller than Jobber's. And the flat-rate price book is serviceable rather than deep, so shops that price every call from a Profit Rhino or Callahan Roach book will prefer FieldEdge or ServiceTitan. None of those matter much at 12 people on a budget; all of them matter at 40 people with a sales floor. The trade-by-trade fit is in best electrical contractor software, best CRM for HVAC, and best CRM for plumbers, and the cross-trade ranking in best field service software.
How to get the real number on the demo
Ask for the card and ACH processing rates in writing. Ask what GPS tracking costs per vehicle and whether it requires a hardware purchase. Ask whether ServiceCall.ai is priced per call or per month. Confirm the annual price is the monthly figure times twelve with no setup fee, since the page says no contracts and 15% off annual. And run the numbers for the team you will have in 12 months, not the one you have today, because the unlimited-user model is the entire reason to choose this platform.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Service Fusion cost per month?
Starter is $245 a month billed monthly or $208 billed annually, Plus is $382 or $325, and Pro is $627 or $533. Every plan includes unlimited users, and annual billing saves 15%. Payment processing, GPS fleet tracking, and the ServiceCall.ai answering service are priced separately.
Does Service Fusion charge per user?
No. All three plans include unlimited users at a flat company price, which is the platform's main advantage over Jobber, Housecall Pro, or Workiz for teams above about six people.
What is the difference between Service Fusion Starter, Plus, or Pro?
Starter covers scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, payments, QuickBooks, plus text alerts. Plus adds job photos, inventory, job costing, plus an integrated voice and text line. Pro adds the open API, custom documents, e-signatures, a customer portal, and progress and recurring billing.
Is Service Fusion cheaper than Jobber?
Not for small teams: Jobber Core is $49 a month against Service Fusion Starter at $245. It becomes cheaper somewhere between six and ten people, once Jobber's extra seats or team plans and Housecall Pro's $75 to $100 seats push those bills past Service Fusion's flat rate.
Does Service Fusion have a free trial?
The pricing page does not advertise one; the path is a demo through the "Get Demo and Pricing" button. There are no contracts, so a monthly plan is the practical trial.
