What is different about these
A generic invoice template has ten fields and a logo placeholder. It does not have the three or four lines that decide whether a trade contractor gets paid without an argument. The electrician template carries the license number and a panel block, because a growing list of states require the first and the second is what makes the service upgrade quote credible two years later. The roofing template carries the insurance block, because the insurer's final check is released against it. The cleaning template carries the scope checklist, because every cleaning dispute is a scope dispute.
Every workbook has a second tab, the field guide, that explains each line for that trade. The sample values are realistic (a $165 biweekly clean, a 28-square Duration roof, a 980-square-foot interior repaint) so you can see how a finished document should read before you replace them.
